PASSION FOR TUSCANY

“....only those belonging to systems with a strong integration emerge, those capable of enhancing multidimensionality in their relationships with their neighbour, with work, with society are the most suitable to survive.”

From this conviction comes the desire to create a group that bases its strength on union, precisely in Tuscany, in the region of districts, villages and cities in a constant struggle with each other. A small but complex area that despite the proverbial conflicts, has generated a rich series of wonders, geniuses, illustrious characters, artists, unique cities, food, wine, habits and customs that change even from town to town and that have conquered the world. Writers, directors, artists, journalists, entrepreneurs from every nation have been captured by the magic of our beautiful region.

Ring of Estates was born with the aim of making its own contribution, making known a small part of the riches generated by so much diversity, magically united as in a mosaic in which every single piece, of different size and color, contributes to the wonder of the work as a whole.

A journey to discover this wonderful region through a group of wineries located in the main DOCs and DOCGs of Tuscany.

CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG

In 1716, the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Cosimo III fixed the boundaries of the Chianti production area and later in 1932 the Classico suffix was added to distinguish the Chianti produced in the area of origin identifying it with the symbol of the Black Rooster.

VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO

The Noble Wine of Montepulciano acquired DOCG in 1980. The production area of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano refers to the territory of the municipality of Montepulciano, in the province of Siena, with a total of about 2000 hectares of vines, located in a particularly favorable position on the hilly ridge between Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia. This area is restricted to the soils between 250 and 580 meters above sea that have those climatic and geological characteristics that are uniquely reflected in the quality of the wines.

Bolgheri is the most coastal area of Tuscany and is considered the most popular for international vines. The production area is located in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci, located in the province of Livorno.
